# Terms of Service

Welcome to Casa de Wing. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of casadewing.com (the “Site”) and any purchases made through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
## 1. Age Restriction — Tobacco Products
You must be at least 21 years of age (or the legal minimum age for tobacco purchase in your state or country, if higher) to purchase products from Casa de Wing. By placing an order, you affirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request age verification at any point, including at delivery, and to cancel orders where age cannot be confirmed.
Casa de Wing does not sell tobacco products to minors under any circumstances.
## 2. Products
All cigars sold by Casa de Wing are handmade by our production partner in the Dominican Republic. Due to the handmade nature of premium cigars, slight variations in color, wrapper, weight, and burn characteristics between individual cigars and production batches are normal and are not considered defects.
## 3. Orders and Payment
– All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
– We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or failure to verify age.
– Payment is processed securely at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
## 4. Shipping
– It is the customer’s sole responsibility to know and comply with their state, local, and federal laws regarding the purchase, shipping, and receipt of tobacco products.
– Casa de Wing reserves the right to refuse shipment to any address or region where tobacco shipment is restricted or prohibited by law.
– Someone 21 years of age or older must be available to sign for and receive delivery, where required.
– Shipping times are estimates only; we are not responsible for carrier delays.
## 5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of tobacco products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on opened or used products. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at nwing@casadewing.com within 2 days of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve it.
## 6. Intended Use
Casa de Wing products are intended for legal use by adult tobacco consumers. Nothing on this Site should be construed as a health claim or recommendation to use tobacco products. Tobacco use carries health risks, and consumers should be informed of these risks before purchase.
## 7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, images, logos, band designs, and the Casa de Wing name and branding — is the property of Casa de Wing and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
## 8. Limitation of Liability
Casa de Wing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this Site. Our products are sold “as is,” and use is at the customer’s own risk and discretion.
## 9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
